Black Ops Freezes At "Press any key to continue" Please Tell Me Any Trick To Solve The Freezing Problem

MY SYSTEM CONFIGURATION IS:

Processor:Pentium 4 (2.93GHz)
RAM:1 GB (667 Mhz)
Hard Disk: 500 GB
Graphic Card: Nvidia 9500 GT (1 GB)
Mother Board: Gigabyte G31M-ES2L
O.S: Microsoft Windows XP Professional Service Pack 2 (Build 2600)
